As Executive Director of Construction at Aspen Power, Jim Kauffman is responsible for the successful execution of renewable energy systems at multifamily development complexes. Jim Kauffman brings more than 40 years of experience in private and corporate construction operations to his role at Aspen.
Early on in his career, Jim acquired his general contractors license from the state of California. This led him to work in the homebuilding industry, where he specialized in product procurement, contracts and construction operations. Jim is passionate about the renewable energy industry and about building highly functional clean energy systems the first time around. Jim prioritizes thorough planning and effective communication in his work, as well as managing project costs to provide the best possible value to Aspen’s customers and stakeholders.
