Kristina Segura

Kristina Segura brings an extensive background in Human Resources to Aspen Power. In her role as SVP of Human Resources, Kristina is responsible for the overall management of the organization’s human capital and ensuring that the workforce is aligned with the company’s overall mission.
With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Kristina is well-versed in employee relations, performance management, talent development and organizational design. Kristina has served as a Senior Global HR Business Partner to executive leaders at Financial Services firms including Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers and more recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for the ultra-high net worth Wealth Management business at Barclays. Kristina earned her B.A. from SUNY Oswego and has completed course work towards her M.B.A. at Dowling College.
