Matthew Rojas

As the VP of Finance & Accounting at Aspen Power, Matthew Rojas is responsible for managing the company’s accounting, treasury, financial reporting and analysis functions. Throughout his career, Matthew has worked across various public and private industries in addition to energy generation and is well-versed in all finance and accounting management aspects from modeling and analysis to process improvement.

Prior to his role at Aspen, Matthew held various leadership positions at companies across the U.S. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Controller at Castleton Commodities International, where he was responsible for financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, asset optimization and oversaw several significant M&A transactions and process improvement initiatives. Matthew also served as a Vice President and Senior Financial Analyst for HIS Markit, where he specialized in financial modeling and analysis. Matthew began his career at Harbinger Group Inc, a publicly traded diversified holding company in New York City. He received his BS in Accounting from Ithaca College and minored in Legal Studies.
